6. All exterior house doors have chains and double locks and position monitoring/alarms, sliders have locks, poles and position monitoring/alarms
7. 7 smoke/fire detectors and 2 carbon monoxide detectors, all with new 10 year batteries distributed throughout the house
8. 3 particle filters and a UV light system for purification of drinking water and ice cubes
9. 8 large 1/2" plywood panels available for window protection from severe storm
10. Fireplace/rear patio capped gas outlets are never to be used directly with propane
